The way the howl car works is by first it would vapourize the water using the boiler which uses solar energy or electricity that is in the car, the vaporized water would then go through the air pressurizer which would pressure the air to release and then there would be 4 jet engines that would give the air a bit of a boost to make the car hover. So the howl car drives like a drone because to go forward it would exert more air from the back and to stop it would have to exert air from the front a bit to stop, and obviously, to go in reverse it would have to exert more air from the front. So getting in out of the car is almost like an airplane I would say because when the car is at 10” above the ground it would deploy the landing gear so the bottom of the car won’t hit the ground and to get started it would go up and when it reaches about 12” it would retract the landing great and the hover power would kick in. The car can get electricity in two ways the first one is solar energy and the second one is normal electricity from an outlet. But the thing is that the car can also charge its battery, the way that works is straightforward because when you drive the car 95% of the battery will go to the engine while the rest of the power will run a small mill that will charge the battery 50% more. I know what you thinking, you must think with all this power and mechanical works it must be load in there. Well, I already thought about that, there are 10 silencers plus the soundproof layer all around the car.
